it goes to optermization and sates zone 1   0.00% and happens i have to end the program as nothing is happening when will a fix be made avaliable

never had this problem in version 3.7

The logfile shows that JkDefrag has finished with the C: disk. It looks like the display get's stuck at the beginning, and is not refreshed anymore after that. I wonder why.... Do you have software on your computer that does something special with your desktop? It could be anything, the list of possible programs is endless. Perhaps you can experiment by turning programs off? To solve this problem I need to be able to reproduce the problem on my own computer, so I need to install the problem program on my own computer.

Perhaps you can try the commandline version of JkDefrag ("jkdefragcmd.exe" instead of "jkdefrag.exe"), to make sure it's indeed only the display that is stuck, not the program itself.

Do you notice? Bytes per cluster and some other values are equal to zero, there's maybe a bug in analysis system!

Ah! I did not notice that. splash3313 could you please run a checkdisk (open the properties of the disk, tools, error checking)?

You appear to have a fair amount of unnecessary programs running!

Please close them, otherwise, there likely are going to be alot of skipped files!
