I see this problem with 3.24 and 3.25, while earlier versions (up to 3.22) worked.
The Log file reports lots of "These items could not be moved".  Analysis and Fixup is very fast... too fast, nothing is done.

I see the problem on two different PCs under XP, latest patches, on the C: partition.  One of them has a second disk, without system - JKDefrag works fine on this one.

I also tried with option -a7, JKDefrag crashes in the sort phase.

Log file (beginning of it) with no options:

Can you please run the program with the "-a 6" debug option and send me a copy of the JkDefrag.log file? Thanks, I appreciate you help!

The problem was fixed with a chhkdsk /F (actually two)
Three files had "cyclic redundancies"
Sorry for the wrong post, I was misled by the fact that version 3.22 worked.
