The JkDefrag library uses the data element "DebugMsg" and the global variable "DefaultDebugMsg" to format its messages. It seems that a specific message catalogue is preferred for translations in your application.
How do you think about the approach "gettext" to provide alternatives?

Yes, internationalization is an issue that could use some improvement. I intend to use something better in version 4 than the current DebugMsg[] array. I haven't looked at it yet, perhaps it will be GNU "gettext", I don't know yet.
