Grrrr. This isn't an issue about a lack of memory to process the folder, but rather simply a logic error within MyDefrag.
No matter, this isn't gonna get fixed anyway. Time to uninstall....

Have you thought about using Windows builtin defrag.exe ?
See if that one works and then try mydefrag .....
