space hog options

Would be fine a user could be able to specify the following options :

1) How many days a program must be unused before being moved to the space hog zone.
I personally consider "old" a program if I don't use it in 15 days.
If I use it occasionally, there is no harm if it resides in zone 3.
Moreover, it would be fine if such files, used occasionally, could not be moved back in zone 2 at the next defrag (but I don' know how this could be done, perhaps tweaking the last access date ?)

2) wheter the zone 3 should be moved as far as possible to the high end of the disk
(wouldn't be better to have a large free space above zone 2 ?)
