Any issues with GPT volumes or very large volumes?

I have a 4tb raid array and also a 3tb Hitachi SATA drive.

The Hitachi was formatted GPT with 1 volume and when defragged it, the volume now shows as unformatted.

Coincidence, or is there an issue or setting I need to use for very large volumes?

MyDefrag has no issues with GPT and/or very large volumes. There are no settings you need to use for very large volumes. It is extremely unlikely, if not impossible, that your problem was caused by MyDefrag. For more information see How safe is MyDefrag?
