GUI to select file order

I think it would be a nice feature for MyDefrag to have a program where you can load a script and edit it so that you could define the files/folders order on the partition.

The benefits would be:
- You can select files/directories to be placed at the beginning of the disk for better performance.
- You can pick data in directories/files that you know don't grow to be at the beginning of the partition (or in one place somewere)

What do you think about this feature?
Is there such a program?
