Wish to queue up different defragmentation jobs to different drives, say firstly defrag only to C: and secondly consolidate free space on D: .

First, you should decide what you want:
Wish to queue up different defragmentation jobs to different drives, say firstly “defrag and fast optimization" to C: and secondly "defrag and move to end of disk" on D: .

The Automatic Weekly script does that but you have to add another FileSelect for the for the data disk part to move files to the end of the volume (if that's what you want).

There is no GUI to do that. But like I said, depending on what you want, MyDefrag already provides a single script for that, you just have to execute it. MyDefrag already creates a schedules task for said script upon installation.
