Wish to queue up different defragmentation jobs to different drives, say firstly “defrag and fast optimization" to C: and secondly "defrag and move to end of disk" on D: .

You can put everything in a single file (multiple VolumeSelect-VolumeActions-VolumeEnd blocks), see the "Automatic" scripts for an example, or you can make a super-script and call your scripts with the RunScript command. Or you can do it outside MyDefrag and put multiple commands in a .BAT file, see the MyDefrag Commandline.
