Any suggestions?  I cannot use MyDefrag at all on this machine.

Follow these instructions in I have a problem! and post the debuglog. Thats the best way to get help with crashes.

Um... yeah... did that and then some.  Look at post #1.

Anywho, I figured this error on my own... it was related to the Prefetch error as well.  Followed the steps for that and fixed it.

Um... yeah... did that and then some.  Look at post #1.
I don't see a MyDefrag.debuglog anywhere in post #1.

Glad you figured it out anyway.

I felt it pointless to attach a file with one line in it.

Hmm, that's weird it usually contains a lot more info, so I assumed you only posted the last line.
