Unmoveable files?

While JKDefrag analyzes the hard drive structure, does it check unmoveable files (either fat32 or ntfs)?
If no, is there a particular reason?

No. Fat32 and NTFS do not contain information wether a file is movable or not. Programs can lock files, or part of a file, and that information is not stored on disk. Only somewhere deep in the innards of Windows in memory, and I don't know how to get that info. So JkDefrag will try to move anything, and only when that does not succeed can it color a file red.
