First time I've ever had it crash.  This is a Windows Server 2003 standard box with SP2.  I'm running a daily system disk defrag.

# See the 'MyDefrag.log' file for information intended for endusers. This is the debug
# logfile. The contents is highly technical and not documented. See the 'Debug' setting
# or the '-d' commandline option to control the level of information in this file.

10:37:46     Description = Move files and directories to the beginning of the disk(s). This can be useful on very full disks, to make room for manouvering big files. 10:37:46     Title = Data Disk Daily
10:37:46     Description = Fast defragment and optimize the selected disk(s). This script is designed for every day use on data disks (all disks except the C: disk). It moves a minimum of data on the harddisk and finishes very quickly, but will not defragment  extremely large files and will not fill all the gaps on the disk.

Looks like it's the "Program hints" crash. Look here for a solution.
