Sticky thread for known issues to avoid redundant report

Hello Jeroen,

As you may remember we talked before about sticky wishlist and why it is not there.

It comes to me a sticky thread for known issues as much shorter would be much easier to maintain.
It could save time for you and users by avoiding redundant similar reports and answers around the same issue or problem.

As example it comes to my mind multiple posts over the time related to Program Hints crash problem.
