I have tried installing MyDefrag 4.1.1 several times. Each time the "All Programs" list on the start menu is empty. If I uninstall MyDefrag the problem goes away.  I found that after rebooting I  still had the problem with MyDefrag.  I am currently running Windows 7 7100 x64

4.1.1 is a very old version. Try to install the current version.

Windows 7 7100 is also an old version.
