Statistical FileBoolean functions for numeric file properties

Statistical functions could be median, mean, standard deviation, etc.

These statistical functions operate over a collection of discrete data items.
Types of data items are numeric properties of files ,such as size, dates, etc.
A collection can be combinations of volume, directory and zone.

Such functions should be able to solve problems like: move to end of volume all large files outside one standard deviation of the file size distribution for that volume.
