I'm a happy user of JkDefrag/MyDefrag. I'd like to see it even better, so here are my wishes for improvements:

- It would be nice to be able to select user scripts from Launcher. I'm using them, so I can't use Launcher to choose drives to be defragmented, since only standard scripts are offered.

- I'd like to be able to change my mind about some settings when defragmenting is in progress. It applies for these settings:

WhenFinished
ProcessPriority
... and maybe Language

- I wish drive analysis of drives with NTFS compressed files was shorter - it takes too much time now (on 500GB system drive, some ten minutes). It's annoying for daily optimization.

Copy your scripts to the MyDefrag script folder. Then you'll see them in the script launcher,

All I can say is do not use NTFS compression whenever possible. Use other archive programs like WinRAR or 7-ZIP.

Copy your scripts to the MyDefrag script folder. Then you'll see them in the script launcher,

... and do that with EVERY new version of MyDefrag ... :-(

That is exactly the reason why my user scripts are NOT in MyDefrag's Scripts folder.

You can write a small batch file wich will copy them to the dir everytime you edited it or so using the task sheduler and several triggers.

Scripts will only show up if you add Title and Description to them.

Thanks for sharing your ideas, I appreciate it.

I prefer to keep the MyDefrag script chooser as simple as possible, so have decided some time ago to only list the scripts in the MyDefrag Script directory, and not offer a button or something like that to change to a different directory. Sorry.

Has been asked before and is already on my wishlist.

Well, maybe in the future I will think of something to make it faster, but at the moment I have no ideas. This is it. Does your computer have enough memory? MyDefrag uses a lot of memory, especially for NTFS compressed files, and perhaps your computer starts swapping.
