4.2.8 Optimize Daily is very slow on my external HD.

Optimize Daily is quick on my internal hard drive, but very slow on my 1 TB external hard drive, which consists of mostly video files of type avi and mkv. It took almost a day for optimize daily to finish on my external hard drive. Previous versions of MyDefrag were quick on my external.
It seems that the newest version tries to move around a lot of my files, which takes a very long time.
