First of all, thanks for what seems to be the best defrag utility out there (I found out about it from Lifehacker.com).

I'm running the latest version (4.2.7).  Did a "Monthly" that took most of the day on Saturday, then have run "Daily" since then.  After moving a number of very large files (mostly multimedia, large Thunderbird email archives, etc.) off my laptop to a USB hard disk, I've got about 40% free space out of 55 GB or so.  Post-defrag, my laptop boots about twice as fast, and context menus, explorer.exe windows, etc., are noticeably faster.

I've got a couple of suggestions for this software.  After running "Analyze", pretty much the only option is to hit the space bar to exit.  It would be convenient to have a "View Logfile" function on the View menu that would either display the logfile in the statistics page, or fire off a Notepad to view the file.

I saw that someone else suggested a legend for the colors that represent different types of files -- I'd vote for that, also.  Perhaps a "toggle" icon in the menu area that lists the colors in an expanded border would be good, and wouldn't clutter up the interface.

Again, thanks for a very useful utility.

Thanks for sharing your ideas, I appreciate it. Perhaps in the future I will add something like that, for now you can do it by adding a single line to your script, see the esxample in the RunProgram page.

It's not as simple as that because colors can be customized in complex ways (see SetColor and SetFileColor).
