Slower updating the screen

Now MyDefrag seems to update the screen too frequently (even in the statistics view), so in Safe Mode this may cause slower operation (and maybe more processor time in normal mode).

Why not updating once a second or so, as it does Process viewer for example?

MyDefrag only updates the text above and below the diskmap very frequently, which takes very little time. The statistics view is slow because it takes a lot of work to calculate the numbers. Safe mode is slow because the Windows disk cache is off in "safe" mode.

A setting for the update interfal would be great. I would like to set the interval 40 ms.
