Thanks for the link. I must have missed that link before, or perhaps Wolfram added it afterward, I don't know. Or perhaps I thought it was a different website because the URL says "techsupportalert", not "gizmo". Anyway, I have looked at the article now. From the list of software after the article I see it is about MyDefrag v4.2.6. That release (and several release before it) indeed had some nagging problems for some users (it worked fine for most users), which were solved in v4.2.7. So, the article is correct but is now out of date, and I hope that gizmo will test again and publish an update soon.
