Limit max disk write/read speed

Hi,

Can't see that this is currently possible, but it would be great to be able to put a bandwidth limit on the disk io. The reason for this is I often defrag (as I'm sure many others do) live virtual machines and their hosts.  Without an I/O limit, the other guests run slow or practically stop/crash out.  With a disk IO limit (like perfect disk etc), you can get away with it and minimal impact.

MyDefrag does not have that, but perhaps you could give the new ProcessPriority(Background) setting a try.
