could you indicated in the version history, the version of the language file that you used or if there was a change from the previous version.
and copy in most file Setting.MyD the installation language selected, the file SettingOrigine.MyD reference to translation

because it becomes complicated to find the changes made in the setting.MyD

While version number or at least date of last change would sure be useful, I still recommend you to use some file comparing tool to look for what was changed.
The one I like is called WinMerge.
