Howdy,
I'm looking for the standard scripts that come with the install with a small addition: Shutdown the PC after completion!

Besides that it would be nice to have the script, if I choose more than 1 HDD, to defrag my HDD's sequential not every HDD simultaneously.

Thanks
Whu

You can edit the Settings.MyD script and replace "WhenFinished(wait)" with "WhenFinished(shutdown)". Or you can add this only to these scripts where you want to shut down the PC (the setting in the Settings.MyD will then be overridden).

I just started using MyDefrag, so I have no idea how to change the scripts i.e. where to place what.

Just put WhenFinished(shutdown) last in the script, if you want it to shutdown when finished.

MyDefrag always defrags sequentially.

Go to the folder where you installed MyDefrag (default is "c:\Program Files\MyDefrag v4.2.3\"), the "Scripts" subfolder, and right-click the script that you want to edit. There should be an "Edit" item in the menu.
