"Manual" download

is there a downloadable version of the online manual (the detailed one with all the programming stuff)

(i didn't find anything like it in my searches, though I suppose I could download the whole website)

It is installed on your computer, together with the program. See the Start menu, the MyDefrag folder, the "Manual" item. You can access the manual from within the program by pressing the F1 key.
