MFT Defragmentation
«

Hi,
Here is an extract from my Mydefrag logfile.
These items are fragmented:
Fragments Bytes Clusters Name
----------- ----------------- ----------- ------------------------
3 16,384 4 C:\$MFT
----------- ----------------- ----------- ------------------------
3 16,384 4 Total
The 25 largest items on disk:
Fragments Bytes Clusters Name
----------- ----------------- ----------- ------------------------
1 1,609,801,728 393,018 C:\pagefile.sys
1 157,450,240 38,436 C:\$MFT
Why does my MFT show as being defragmented into 3 fragments in the "These items are fragmented" section, but as just 1 fragment in the "The 25 largest items on disk" part.
Thanks.

Ah! The first listing (with only 4 clusters) is an internal holder and should not be listed at all. Please ignore, I will remove it in the next version.
