Defrag strategy question(s).

This has probably been asked before and covered in the wonderful FAQ, but I want to know what most people on these forums are doing as far as strategy goes.

I was thinking once a month or so to run SlowOptimize and on a daily basis run FastOptimize. I hear FastUpdate is another method, but it doesn't seem to be ideal for the most part. What are the thoughts of the community here? What is everyone else doing?
