I have found that MoveDownFill() will make fragments whether you set IgnoreWrapAroundFragmentation() to yes or no.  Is this right?  Huh

Yes, that is right. The IgnoreWrapAroundFragmentation() setting only changes the behaviour of the Defragment fileaction (wether or not files will be defragmented), and how fragmented files are displayed. It does not influence how files are placed by the other fileactions.

MoveDownFill is not affected by the IgnoreWrapAroundFragmentation setting, but Defragment is.

IgnoreWrapAroundFragmentation(yes) just means, that fragmented files, which have aligned fragments (back-to-front) with nothing but unmovable data in between, are treated as not fragmented and thus will not be defragmented by Defragment.
