Thanks for sharing your idea, I appreciate it. A single digit is not enough, there are many cases where the single digit percentage would not increase for some time. Two and three digits are confusing for many people, thinking that the separator might be a thousands indicator. So I settled on 4 digits.

May by create special settings? Some like ProgressDigits(4)? Who need self set appropriate value (1-4, up to 16) ("%.4f", progress -> "%.*f", digits, progress)
