I wish to know how to exclude my exterior 300G USB 2.0 D:\ hard drive. I only wish to defrag all of the files in my C:\ drive. I found a C:> that reads, JkDefrag.exe  -a 3  c:  Unfortunately, I forget how to write a batch file.  I have written hundreds, but a long time ago.  Thank you.

Simplest batch file contain only executable commands

JkDefrag -a 3 c: e: f:

Must by used OEM (DOS) encoding, but here is only ASCII chars with codes below 127, where all encodings (excepting rarely used EBCDIC's) is equal.
