The JkDefragScreenSaver commandline does not support macros. Sorry, but what you want is only possible with the Windows version of JkDefrag, not the screensaver.
The successor to JkDefrag is currently in beta, see
http://www.mydefrag.com/. It has a scripting language, and in the scripts you can use the
AppendLogfile and
WriteLogfile commands to write to any file you want.
