Quirk: SetPalette inside FileActions

I put some SetPalette commands between FileActions and FileEnd.

My intent was to have the selected files use that palette.

What happened instead was that SetPalette was done AFTER the files were selected, so the colors affected the NEXT selection.

This is a minor detail; could be addressed by documentation.
