Hi,

I found out, no matter which script I used, no matter on what drive the defragging took place,
When in the disk layout screen the program is constantly busy on the disk (as seen on the disklight at the front of my computercase), however, when I switch to the Statistics screen, the disklight on the front of my case only flashes now and then, it seems like when the statistics screen is selected, defragmentation is (for sake of a better word) stuttering.

Can anyone confirm this, It's most visible when MyD is moving large (>1GB) files.

Yes. While calculating the statistics the program has to pause the defragmentation thread, because otherwise it would make changes to the memory tables that could cause the calculations to crash.
