I noticed that while Mydefrag is creating sorted list it uses huge amount of memory and it takes time to it complete. I used slow optimize-script.

Yes, this is not a bug. MyDefrag does not create full paths in memory unless it needs to. Before it can create a sorted list it has to allocate memory for all the paths, and create the paths, and this takes a lot of processing and memory. Also see the
LowMemoryUsage
setting.
