I have noticed that after running JKD and then analyzing with (but not defragging) XP's defragger that XP's will indicate in its "View Report" that one or more of the System Restore files are not defragged.  If I then run XP's defrager those files are then defragged.

In other words, XP's defragger does actually defrag files that JKD cannot defrag.  Any thoughts on this?

If you're running the defrag and fast optimisation that would explain it, the fast optimisation causes very slight fragmentation. If just the analyse and defrag thats doing it I'll leave it to Jeroen to answer

I have no access to an XP system so I cannot see this for myself, do not know what is happening, and cannot try solutions. I suspect that this "system restore" thing, whatever it is, has locked certain files and thereby prevents JkDefrag from defragging them. If somebody can tell me exactly what code I need to add to the program to solve this problem I'd be most grateful...
