run an analysis with option 1  ( jkdefrag -a1 d:\ ) and check the jkdefrag.log file to get an idea of the fragmentation levels of files on that drive.

If you have never defragged it, running a simple defrag with option 2 might be a good idea, just to clean up the file arrangement to make it easier to store other files there.   Files that are frequently accessed could benefit from further optimization.

Yes, you should defragment your D disk. JkDefrag was specifically designed to automatically process all your disks. The default does exactly that. Why are you processing only your C disk? You must be doing something special, you must have specified commandline options or you must be using a GUI.

You have to add the -a 7 into the shortcut to JKDefrag. Alternatively you can create a batch file (.bat).

A file called defrag7.bat with the single line

"C:\Program Files\JKDefrag\JKDefrag.exe" -a 7

works quite nice. Of course you've to adjust the path if neccessary.

So you add a7 the target, in properties.

Yes. For more information see the "How do I specify an option, or select a single disk (or folder or file)?" question in the frequently asked questions chapter on the JkDefrag homepage.
