Analyze only mode for GUI version
«

I think this would be great if the GUI version had an analyze only mode (command line option)
Most of the times I just want to see how data is populated on the hard disk, and don't want to continue defragmentation
Please provide this little command line option
Thank you in advance

It's already there, see the "-a 1" commandline switch.

You are right, I didn't know that
It's OK, but after it finishes analyzing, the screen is filled with black color
So we can only look at it while it's in progress

I know, and I will change this in version 4 of JkDefrag. You can make the display remain by specifying a driveletter (for example "jkdefrag -a 1 c:"), but it will be cleared if you do anything, for example resizing the window.
