Use New JkDefragCmd.exe 3.35 in ScanDefrag 5.5?

In Scan Defrag 5.5 the JkDefragCmd.exe is version 3.8 (JkDefrag v3.8, (c) 2006 J.C. Kessels) and in JkDefrag 3.35 the JkDefragCmd.exe is version 3.35.
Would it be okay to copy JkDefragCmd.exe 3.35 to the Scan Defrag 5.5 folder to use?
Sincerely, Teefermup

I don't know. The scanfrag program contains the JkDefrag binary, and may overwrite your replacement. Also, I don't know how scanfrag starts JkDefrag. There have been many changes since JkDefrag v3.8 and I'm not sure if it will be compatible. I wonder if scanfrag is still maintained? Version 3.8 of JkDefrag was released more than a year ago, on april 20th 2007.

Thank You for your quick response. I think I'll just switch to Jk Defrag and not even use Scan Defrag anymore.
Sincerely, Teefermup
