Hi,
I have a problem with my defrag (4.3.1) in Windows 7. It keeps crashing with this error during the Analyze stage:

After running the debug log (495), I find these entries as the last entries:
23:10:23 Starting to analyze folder: F:\Temp\phone backup\com.usatoday.android.news
23:10:23 Getting fragment list for: F:\Temp\phone backup\com.usatoday.android.news\cache

That is it, no more entries after that. When I navigate to the last file that it looked at in the debug log,
it is always a 0kb file, and if I delete it MyDefrag goes a little farther next time, then crashes again on another file. I can go an delete that file and it will go further next time. But obviously this will take centuries for me to defrag.
I have ran chkdsk to no avail (no problems found) and the drive is an exFAT drive, and it is always a 0kb file that it crashes on. Any ideas?

PS: ran a Debug (1) and this is all I got:
